DUPLICATE CERTIFICATES:

A certificate of completion is awarded upon completion of each course. Students are urged to treat this certificate as they would any other legal document, and to keep it in a safe place. The Pennsylvania Department of Education requires us to advise them of the total number of certificates given out each year. It is also necessary for us to investigate, then reproduce the certificate(s) and mail them manually. For this reason, requests for replacement of this certificate must be submitted in writing. Please mail requests to: The letter should include the student's name and an e-mail address to which you would like us to send the certificate. The letter must be accompanied with a check for $10 for one certificate, or $15 for two. Please make sure to provide the entire student name, and tell us where to send the certificate (E-mail, US mail or fax).
